• You must be at least 18 years old 
• You must have a valid PayPal account to make investments and receive returns.

• Payment: Investments are processed securely. By clicking “Agree and Proceed to Payment,” you authorize Zamcoin to receive your investment funds.
• Returns: You will earn a 30% ROI per month, calculated on your principal investment, paid monthly to your PayPal account
• Principal Withdrawal: You may request to withdraw your principal at any time by contacting us at [easycoinzambia@gmail.com]. Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, subject to available liquidity (see Section 6).

• Your investment funds are used to provide loans to Zambian clients through Zamcoin’s online platform.
• Loan repayments from clients are collected automatically whenever funds are deposited into their accounts, using our advanced collection system.
• The 30% monthly ROI is derived from interest and fees charged to borrowers, distributed to you after Zamcoin deducts its operational fees (see Section 7).

• Liquidity Risk: Principal withdrawals are subject to available funds from loan repayments. In rare cases, delays may occur if liquidity is insufficient.
• Regulatory Risk: Changes in Zambian or international laws may impact Zamcoin’s operations

• You may request withdrawal of your principal at any time by emailing [easycoinzambia@gmail.com].
• Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days.
• Upon withdrawal, you retain all returns earned up to that point, and no further ROI will be paid on the withdrawn amount.
• Zamcoin is not liable for delays caused by external banking systems.

• Zamcoin deducts a portion of borrower repayments as an operational fee before distributing your 30% ROI. This fee is included in the loan terms and does not reduce your stated return.
• No additional fees are charged to investors unless specified (e.g., PayPal transaction fees, which are your responsibility).

• Zamcoin may terminate your investment account at its discretion, with cause, by providing 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, your principal will be returned within 3 business days, subject to liquidity.
• You may terminate your investment by withdrawing your principal as outlined in Section 6.

• You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information

• Zamcoin is not liable for losses due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, or government actions).
• Our liability is limited to the amount of your principal investment, excluding any expected returns.

• Your personal and financial information is protected. We use it solely to process investments, pay returns, and comply with legal obligations.

• Zamcoin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued investment after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lusaka, Zambia, unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.
