1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this competition, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Provide accurate information when entering.
  • Comply with all applicable laws.

3. Entry Fee

  • Each entry costs K100 (One Hundred Zambian Kwacha).
  • Entry fees are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed.
  • One payment equals one team selection.

4. Competition Rules

  1. Participants choose one national team they believe will win the FIFA World Cup.
  2. Team selections cannot be changed once payment has been confirmed.
  3. Entries close before the first World Cup match begins.
  4. Late entries will not be accepted.

5. Winner

The winner will be the participant whose selected team wins the FIFA World Cup.

Prize

  • K1,000 (One Thousand Zambian Kwacha)

The prize will be paid within 14 business days after the tournament officially ends and the results have been confirmed.

6. Multiple Winners

If more than one participant selected the winning team:

  • The K1,000 prize will be divided equally among all eligible winners.

OR

If you intend to pay only one person, replace the above with:

If multiple participants select the winning team, a random draw will be conducted to determine the winner of the K1,000 prize.

Choose only one of these approaches and remove the other.

7. Payment Verification

The organizer reserves the right to verify:

  • Identity
  • Payment confirmation
  • Team selection
  • Compliance with these Terms

Failure to provide requested information may result in disqualification.

8. Fraud

The organizer may disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses fraudulent payment methods
  • Attempts to manipulate the competition
  • Creates fake accounts
  • Violates these Terms

Entry fees from disqualified participants will not be refunded.

9. Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law or if the competition is cancelled before it begins.

10. Cancellation or Changes

The organizer reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the competition
  • Modify these Terms
  • Extend or shorten entry periods
  • Correct errors

Participants will be notified of significant changes.

11. Prize Delivery

The winner must provide accurate payment details.

The organizer is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the winner.

12. Limitation of Liability

The organizer shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures
  • Internet interruptions
  • Payment provider issues
  • Delayed entries
  • Events beyond reasonable control

13. Privacy

Personal information collected will only be used for:

  • Managing entries
  • Verifying winners
  • Contacting participants
  • Prize payment

Information will not be sold to third parties except where required by law.
