1. Overview

All entries made into the competition (“World Cup Team Prediction Competition”) are considered final. By purchasing an entry, participants agree to these terms.

2. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once a team selection has been submitted. This includes cases where a participant changes their mind, submits an incorrect selection, or is unable to complete participation.

3. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If a participant is charged more than once due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be reviewed and may be refunded upon verification.

4. Cancellation of Competition

If the competition is canceled by the organizer before it begins, all participants will receive a full refund in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) using the original payment method where possible.

If the competition is canceled after it has started, refunds may be issued at the organizer’s discretion depending on progress and fairness.

5. Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of the competition rules.
