1. Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of ZMW 25 (Twenty-Five Kwacha) is required to process your loan application.
This fee is charged to cover administrative and processing costs and does not guarantee loan approval under any circumstances.

2. Consent to Proceed

By choosing to proceed with the application after reviewing these Terms and Conditions, you explicitly confirm your acceptance of all terms stated herein, including the non-refundable nature of the application fee.

3. Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information
  • Meet any additional requirements set by the lender

Failure to meet eligibility criteria may result in application rejection without refund of the application fee.

4. Loan Approval

All loan applications are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the lender.
Submission of an application does not constitute a guarantee that a loan will be granted.

5. Repayment Terms

If approved, the borrower agrees to:

  • Repay the loan amount together with any applicable interest and fees within the agreed timeframe
  • Adhere strictly to the repayment schedule provided

Failure to comply may result in penalties, additional charges, or recovery actions.

6. Use of Information

By applying, you consent to the collection, use, and verification of your personal information for the purpose of processing your loan application and assessing your creditworthiness.

7. Limitation of Liability

The lender shall not be held liable for:

  • Any losses arising from the use of this service
  • Delays or inability to process applications due to unforeseen circumstances

The lender reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on the platform.
